- Child below 5 years is complimentary.
- Prepaid cellular connections will not work in Kashmir only post-paid cellular connection will work on roaming.
- Reach airport prior to 3 hours of your departure due to security reasons/checking.
- If you are staying in houseboats call us before reaching Houseboat Srinagar so that he can arrange Shikara for crossing well in advance.

Booking Policy
• Every booking made on DMC is subject to cancellation charges levied by the Hotels, which may vary hotel booking class.
• Tour is Booking agent. It does not operate Hotel services of its own. In order to provide a comprehensive choice of Hotel operators, Check-in & Check-out times and prices to customers.
• Advance confirmation payment is non-refundable in case of Hotel cancellation by the Client.
Cancellation Policy
• Cancellation charges may vary by time and date of cancellation as per hotel without prior notice.
• Reservations cancelled 16 days prior to arrival date would attract no cancellation fee.
• Reservations cancelled between 8 to 15 days prior to arrival date would attract a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of total booking amount.
• Reservation cancelled 7 days or less prior to arrival date would attract a cancellation fee equivalent to total booking amount.
• Once the package is booked & confirmed, __________ part is Non Cancellable or Non Refundable.
Check-In Policy
• Check-In time is 14.00 noon and Check-Out Time is 12 a.m.
• If our Check-In/Out timing does not suit your holiday program, kindly inform us about the same. Necessary room allotments can be done by hotel on the time of Check-in.
• Hotel may charge compulsory gala dinner supplement on Christmas / New Year’s event or other festive periods. The needs to be cleared separately.
• Breakfast and Dinner timings as per Hotel Standards.
Note : Above are the cancellation rules but we will put our best possible efforts to waive/minimize the cancellation charges.
Amendment Policy
• Any refund will take at least 15 days to process.
• Rooms are subject to availability on the time of Confirmation and Amendment.
• PAYMENT POLICY:
• 30% to 50% payment is required on the time of Packages booking Confirmation.
• Balance 50% amount is to be deposited on arrival or Check-in.
• Payment terms are subject to change at the time of booking as per Hotel Policy and High Season.
• We will not entertain any credit facility.
